OK, you have almost convinced me to go get the Shred. I guess I will break down and go at my lunch hour. BTW, do you run too?
I was running before I had Xander, and then again for awhile last summer. I'm just having a hard time finding the time for things like running. The 20 min dvd though, I can do before I get in the shower every morning without having to "find time" elsewhere in my day.
How did you start running? Did you use some type of a guideline, like walk so long then run so long. Another question if you don't mind. When you ran, did you kind of tone up all over or just your legs. I'm sorry for all the questions but I really, really want to get in better shape. I will be 46 in 3 weeks and would love to approach 50 looking good, not middle aged.
I'm certainly no expert, but when I was running, I was just using the programs in the treadmill and progressively doing harder ones. When I was running with the double jogging stroller, I was just trying to run a little farther each day. I kind of toned up a little all over when I ran, but mainly I increased my energy level and stamina.
